Payment Terms
At Trinity Auto Leather, we want to make your dream interior as accessible as possible. The following outlines our flexible payment plan for custom orders. Please read carefully and sign below to confirm your agreement. Please note: this is not a financing arrangement, but rather a convenient, customer-friendly alternative to paying in full upfront.
1. Down Payment: A down payment of 15% of the total order amount is required to initiate your custom order.
2. Payment Schedule: We understand that every customer's financial situation is different. You are welcome to make payments toward your invoice at your own pace and frequency — there are no mandatory payment deadlines beyond the initial down payment.
3. Order Initiation: Once your cumulative payments reach 80% of the total invoice amount, Trinity Auto Leather will place the order for your custom materials and schedule your installation appointment. You will be notified promptly once materials have been ordered.
4. Final Payment: The remaining balance of 20% is due upon completion of your installation.
Cancellation Policy
5. Cancellation Prior to Material Order: If you choose to cancel your order before materials have been ordered — meaning prior to reaching the 80% payment threshold — a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order amount will be applied. Any remaining balance paid beyond that fee will be refunded.
6. No Cancellation or Refund After Material Order: Once materials have been ordered at the 80% payment milestone, cancellations and refunds will not be available. Due to the highly custom nature of our products, materials ordered on your behalf are non-refundable to Trinity Auto Leather.
Payment Methods & Product Availability
7. Accepted Payment Methods: All payments must be processed through official invoices issued by Trinity Auto Leather. We do not accept cash or checks at this time. Additional payment options, including Snap Finance, will be available in the near future — stay tuned!
8. Product Availability: In the unlikely event that a selected product becomes unavailable during your payment plan period, Trinity Auto Leather will provide a full refund of any price difference or offer a comparable product of equal value at the originally quoted price. You will be notified immediately should any such change occur.
