Payment Terms This page outlines the payment plan for custom orders placed with Trinity Leather and Accessories. Please read carefully and sign below to indicate your agreement to these terms. THIS IS NOT FINANCING, but an alternative way for letting our customers pay on the interior of their dreams. 1. Down Payment: A down payment of 15% of the total order amount is required to initiate the order. 2. Payment Schedule: Customers can make payments towards their invoice at their own pace and frequency. There are no mandatory payment deadlines beyond the initial down payment. 3. Order Initiation: Once payments reach 80% of the total invoice amount, Trinity Leather and Accessories will order the necessary materials and schedule the installation. Customers will be notified when materials are ordered. 4. Final Payment: The remaining 20% of the invoice balance is due upon completion of the installation. Cancellation Policy 5. Cancellation Fee (Before Material Order): If the customer cancels the order before materials are ordered (i.e., before the 80% payment threshold is reached), a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order amount will be applied. The remaining balance of payments made will be refunded. 6. No Cancellation/Refund (After Material Order): Once materials have been ordered (at 80% payment), no cancellations or refunds will be permitted. Due to the custom nature of the products, these materials are often non-refundable to Trinity Leather and Accessories. Payment Methods & Product Availability 7. Payment Method: All payments must be made through invoices provided by Trinity Leather and Accessories. No cash or checks will be accepted. 8. Product Availability: In the unlikely event that a specific product becomes unavailable during the payment plan period, Trinity Leather and Accessories will offer a full refund for the difference or offer a similar product of equal value at the same original price. The customer will be notified of such changes.
